Breaking a glass with frequency resonance is a classic demonstration of acoustic resonance. Here are the steps you can follow:

Obtain a wine glass or a similar thin-walled glass. It should have a slightly curved shape and be free from cracks or defects.

Wet your finger and run it around the rim of the glass to create a smooth, continuous sound. While producing the sound, hum or sing a high-pitched note that matches the natural resonant frequency of the glass. This can take some trial and error, but the resonant frequency is typically around 556 Hz for a standard wine glass.

Continue singing the note and gradually increase the volume of your voice. The sound waves produced by your voice will cause the glass to vibrate at its resonant frequency. If the resonance is strong enough, the glass will eventually reach its breaking point and shatter into piece's.

Note: This experiment can be dangerous, and it is important to take appropriate safety precautions. Be sure to wear eye protection and handle broken glass carefully. It is also important to choose a glass that is safe to break, as some types of glass can produce sharp shards that can cause injury.
